🚨 Missing Lorain Teen Still Being Sought by Police

The Lorain Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating 15-year-old Mitza Natal-Berlingeri, who was last seen leaving her home in Lorain around 4:30 a.m. on May 28.

Authorities continue to search for information about her whereabouts and are urging anyone who may have seen her or knows something that could help to come forward.

Cases involving missing children are always a top concern for the community, and police are hoping increased awareness will help bring Mitza home safely.

🔫 Elyria Police Provide Update on West Side Shooting

Elyria police have identified suspects and recovered a firearm following a shooting that occurred Saturday near Foster Avenue and Penfield Avenue. One person was struck by gunfire and transported to University Hospitals Elyria Medical Center for treatment.

Officials say there is currently no ongoing threat to the public, though no charges have been filed at this time and the investigation remains active.

Police continue to encourage anyone with information to contact investigators. Community members are hoping for a full recovery for the victim as authorities work to determine exactly what happened.
